 　　伊朗北部近日遭半個世紀以來最凌厲的暴風雪侵襲，廣泛地區被大雪覆蓋，披上銀妝，有地方積雪厚達兩米，部分省份溫度降至攝氏零下十八度，數十萬人數日來缺乏電力及暖氣供應。德黑蘭政府出動革命衞隊，派發物資予被風雪圍困人士及協助疏散。

　　伊朗北部沿裏海的馬贊達蘭省（Mazandaran province）一名官員表示，暴風雪之嚴重是五十年來未見，自上周五起，該省積雪已達兩米厚，大量居民斷水斷電。大雪壓毀電線杆及天然氣輸送管，約五十萬人自上周六起無電力及暖氣供應，不少城市居民紛紛忙着剷雪。

　　最近全球各地都出現了極端的天候，不是熱浪來襲、就是暴雪成災，實在是讓民眾苦不堪言。

　　是地球出現了問題？

　　早在 13年 1月 10日由 Webbot 發佈的「即時數據情報報告」（Immediacy Data Intelligence Report）已指出地球的「極地漩渦」（Polar Vortex）將會崩潰，導致很多冷空氣影響北半球的天氣。

　　這又是否一個實在的證據，證明 Webbot 預測的事情正在出現嗎？

　　除「極地漩渦」外，位於墨西哥灣的洋流異常，又是否導致近期出現極端天氣的元兇？
